If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact me as soon as you receive the product so we can resolve it.


Ceramics is durable but you should always handle your pieces with care. 

You have a 7 day warranty period after purchase or delivery of the item to file a claim if something is wrong with your product.


Please include a description of the problem and a photo of the product.
